The standard BMW M3 S65 intake system uses carefully tuned runner and trumpet dimensions. Rather than altering these dimensions in pursuit of unrealistic performance claims, Eventuri retains the original internal geometry so the engine’s power delivery and drivability remain consistent.

Replacing the OEM plastic plenum with a carefully developed prepreg carbon fibre assembly allows significantly more of the S65 V8’s natural induction character to be heard under acceleration.

Each component has been engineered to provide accurate fitment and a premium OEM+ finish within the BMW M3 engine bay.
Retains BMW’s Original Intake Geometry
The internal volume and trumpet lengths of the factory S65 plenum are carefully matched to the characteristics of the engine.
Eventuri therefore retained these critical dimensions when developing its carbon fibre version.
This helps maintain the original characteristics of the S65’s power delivery while allowing owners to benefit from the dramatically enhanced induction sound and premium carbon fibre construction.
Dramatic S65 V8 Induction Sound
The naturally aspirated 4.0-litre S65 V8 is one of the defining features of the E9X-generation BMW M3.
Eventuri developed different carbon fibre thicknesses during the design process to achieve the desired induction tone and volume.
Under load and at higher engine speeds, the carbon construction allows the V8 induction sound to become considerably more prominent than with the standard plastic plenum.

Precision CNC-machined aluminium flanges allow the assembly to locate correctly onto the engine, while dedicated machined bosses provide secure locations for the factory temperature sensor and breather connections.
The result is a purpose-designed component rather than a universal carbon intake part.

The Eventuri carbon plenum can be installed with the factory BMW airbox or used alongside compatible aftermarket intake systems.
