Rules
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

K20/K24 Billet Timing Chain Tensioner Cover
Our billet Timing Chain Tensioner Cover is a direct replacement for the OEM pressed steel part which are prone to rusting and can easily bend when being removed. Checking your timing chain tensioner should be done on a more regular basis if you are running aggressive cams or just want peace of mind, this cover uses an O-Ring to seal against the Cam Chain Cover allowing you to remove it time and time again without having to deal with messy sealant.
Designed using our in-house metrology grade laser scanner to ensure perfect fitment.
Will fit all versions of the K20 and K24 engines.
Each kit contains the following components:

| 3x | M6 Low Profile BZP Cap Head Bolts |
Begin by removing the old steel Tensioner Cover using a thin screwdriver to prize the OEM cover off the Cam Chain Cover. Use a sharp knife or scraper to remove all of the old Hondabond from the mounting surface. Install the O-Ring into the new Billet Tensioner Cover and install onto the Cam Chain Cover, do up the 3x bolts to 12 Nm (8.7 lb/ft) of torque and your done!
