Camshaft Specifications and Requirements
The Stage 004.5 Cams are dedicated race components and absolutely require a fully upgraded valve train for safe and reliable operation.

- Intake Lobe Specs:
- Lift: 14.5 mm
- Duration @ 0.050″: 0.276″
- Exhaust Lobe Specs:
- Lift: 13.7 mm
- Duration @ 0.050″: 0.274″
Required Upgrades (CRITICAL):
Valve Train: Due to the extreme lift and duration, an upgraded valve spring and retainer combination is mandatory. We offer the Supertech SPR-H1021D 92lb Spring (Optional combo available) to safely manage these aggressive profiles.
Installation Torque Specifications
Ensure precise and reliable installation by adhering to the following factory torque values:
- Intake Cam Gear Bolt: 83 lb-ft
- Exhaust Cam Gear Bolt: 51 lb-ft
- Pulse Plates: 29 lb-ft
