Product Overview
Milltek Sport Large-Bore Downpipes are perfect when looking to improve both performance and sound. These downpipes are fabricated with a larger diameter than standard OEM parts, meaning that there is significantly more space for more gas to exit the engine and pass through, increasing efficiency. Used with our Catalyst Bypass Pipe, you can expect significant power-gain without any restriction on gas-flow made by a catalyst.
What this downpipe does:
- The downpipe is the first section of the exhaust system after the turbocharger. The factory downpipe can be restrictive, limiting power when under boost or when other performance upgrades are added. The Milltek downpipe features:
- Smoother bends and a larger internal diameter
- A high-flow sports catalyst for improved exhaust flow
- Enhanced throttle response and a more dynamic driving feel
Key features and benefits:
- Improved exhaust flow: The cast high-flow design allows for effective exhaust gas expulsion, reducing backpressure and increasing power.
- Durable construction: Made from T304 stainless steel, this downpipe is built to resist corrosion and withstand high temperatures, making it suitable for both daily driving and performance applications.
- Tuning ready: This downpipe is optimal when paired with a Stage 2 setup, which includes performance engine software (ECU remap), upgraded intake, and cat-back exhaust systems.
- Compatible with the OE OPF back exhaust or better still when combined with Milltek OPF back system.
Features:
– Increased Diameter Stainless Steel Pipework
– Stage 2 Remap Required
System comprises of:
– Downpipe with 200 Cell Sports Cat or De-Cat

Important usage information:
For the best results, Stage 2 ECU software is highly recommended, as the stock mapping is not designed for the increased flow and may cause performance issues. Additionally:
- Legal Note: A sport-cat downpipe may not be legal for road use in all regions. Check local emissions regulations before installation.
- Installation: Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct fitting and reliable performance.
