If you’re tuning a Honda or Acura build and need accurate, stable fuel pressure readings, this gauge belongs on your setup. The Hybrid Racing Liquid-Filled Fuel Pressure Gauge (HYB-FPG-00-03) gives you a true 0-100 PSI read on any fuel system – factory baseline checks, regulator tuning, injector sizing, all of it. Precision-machined in the USA and individually tested before it ships.
Why Liquid-Filled Matters
A dry gauge needle bounces. On a running engine with fuel pump pulses and road vibration, that bounce makes readings almost useless. The glycerin-filled internals in this gauge dampen needle movement so you get a steady, readable number whether you’re idling in the pits or on a full-pull dyno run. It also protects the internal mechanism from vibration fatigue, which means the calibration holds over time instead of drifting after a season of use.

What You Can Do With It
Accurate fuel pressure data lets you catch a failing pump before it leans out your tune, verify your regulator is holding target pressure under load, and confirm injector duty cycle math with real system numbers. Whether you’re chasing a fuel trim issue on a street car or logging baseline data for a boosted K-series build, you need a gauge that doesn’t lie – and doesn’t bounce.
Platform Fit Notes
This gauge fits any vehicle running a 1/8″ NPT port on the fuel rail or regulator. That covers the vast majority of Honda and Acura platforms from 1988 onward, including EF, EG, EK, DC, EP, DC5, and RSX chassis with both OEM and aftermarket rails. It also fits any custom or non-Honda build using a standard 1/8″ NPT port – universal across EFI setups that use that thread standard.
Installation
Beginner-level install. Thread the 1/8″ NPT fitting into your fuel rail port or regulator, snug it hand-tight plus a quarter turn, and you’re done. Takes about 5 minutes. The gauge ships with the fitting pre-installed so there’s nothing to source separately.
