Designed as a direct OEM replacement for your factory plastic turbo pipework, this precision-engineered aluminium hard pipe kit from Forge transforms your charge system with genuine performance gains. The CNC machined pipes swap seamlessly in place of the standard plastic turbo to intercooler and intercooler to throttle body pipes, delivering a superior solution that’s built to last. By removing the restrictive OEM resonators, these hard pipes open up the boost path for improved airflow and reduced pressure drop across the entire charge system, allowing your turbo to work more efficiently and deliver sharper throttle response.

Whether you’re running the stock intercooler setup or have upgraded to the Forge FMINT208GTI front mount intercooler kit, these hard pipes are fully compatible with both OEM intercooler hoses and Forge’s own performance intercooler system, making them a versatile upgrade for any stage of build.
Proudly CNC machined and hand finished in Gloucester, UK, every Forge Motorsport hard pipe kit reflects commitment to precision engineering and uncompromising quality.
