All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

TEIN’s FLEX Z design uses a twin-tube structure intended to provide sufficient suspension stroke and a comfortable street-oriented ride, while full-length adjustment allows ride height to be changed with little or no change to the damper’s operating characteristics.
16-Stage Damping Adjustment
The FLEX Z features 16-stage damping force adjustment, allowing the suspension characteristics to be altered according to road conditions and driver preference.
The adjustment can be used to tune the vehicle towards a softer road-going setup or a firmer, more controlled response for enthusiastic driving.
Full-Length Ride-Height Adjustment
The TEIN FLEX Z uses a full-length ride-height adjustment system.
This allows ride height to be adjusted while maintaining the damper’s operating stroke more effectively than conventional systems that rely primarily on spring-seat adjustment.
The actual available ride-height range differs between the Alphard chassis and drivetrain configurations. TEIN provides separate adjustment specifications for each application.

Important Installation Notes
TEIN specifies that the OEM rear dust boot needs to be modified for these applications.
For the ANH15W 4WD application, TEIN also states that the kit is not compatible with vehicles equipped with a side lift-up seat.
These are important points that I recommend including on your product page so customers can check their vehicle before ordering.

Please check the chassis code, engine, drivetrain and grade before ordering. Rear OEM dust boot modification is required. ANH15W applications are not compatible with vehicles equipped with a side lift-up seat. Professional installation and wheel alignment are recommended after fitting.
