VAREX Adjustable Exhaust Technology

The highlight of the ESHY30NVKCS system is the XFORCE VAREX electronically controlled rear muffler.

An internal valve allows the exhaust path and sound level to be adjusted using the supplied remote controller.

This enables you to select a quieter exhaust setting when required and open the system for a much more aggressive performance sound when conditions allow.

It makes the system particularly useful for performance cars which are regularly driven both on the road and in more enthusiastic driving environments.

Important: XFORCE advises that when using the vehicle’s N Mode, the VAREX valve should not be operated fully closed. The recommended valve range is approximately 25% to 100% open.

3-Inch Performance Exhaust System

The exhaust uses a single 3-inch main pipe, designed to reduce restriction and improve exhaust gas flow compared with more restrictive factory-style systems.

The pipework then divides towards the rear into dual 2.5-inch outlets, feeding the VAREX rear muffler and twin exhaust tips.

The straight-through performance-orientated design makes the system suitable for standard vehicles as well as i30 N models receiving additional performance modifications.

Finishing the system are dual 3.5-inch double-wall slant-cut exhaust tips.
