# Terms and Conditions

**Last updated: [02/08/2026]**

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.performancecarsparts.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

## 1. Who We Are

Performance Car Parts UK is an online-only retailer of car performance parts and accessories. We do not operate a physical shop, showroom, or workshop.

– Trading name: Performance Car Parts UK
– Email: performancecarsparts.co.uk@gmail.com
– WhatsApp: +44 7444 24 8383

## 2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that any details you provide are accurate and complete.

## 3. Products and Fitment

3.1 We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including compatibility with specific vehicle makes, models, and years. However, performance parts fitment can vary by trim, market, and modification history, so you are responsible for confirming a part’s suitability for your specific vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

3.2 Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or branding.

3.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

3.4 Many performance parts are intended for off-road, track, or motorsport use only and may not be road legal in all circumstances. It is your responsibility to check the legality of any modification in your jurisdiction (including UK road traffic law and MOT requirements) before fitting a part.

## 4. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we send you a confirmation email accepting your order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud), in which case you will receive a full refund.

4.2 We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

## 5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout, except where free shipping applies (for example, current promotions on coilover orders).

5.3 Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.

5.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

## 6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, costs, and related terms are set out in our [Delivery Policy](/delivery-policy). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, or circumstances outside our control.

## 7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your right to cancel and return goods is set out in our [Returns & Refunds Policy](/returns-policy), which forms part of these Terms.

## 8. Warranties and Faulty Goods

8.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

8.2 Some products may also carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Details will be provided with the product where applicable.

8.3 Performance parts that have been fitted, modified, used in competition/track events, or damaged through incorrect installation are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for a warranty claim. We recommend having parts fitted by a qualified mechanic.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, loss of use, or vehicle downtime) arising from your use of a product or the Site.

9.3 We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect fitting, misuse, use of a product outside its intended purpose, or failure to follow manufacturer installation instructions.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

## 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Performance Car Parts UK and may not be copied or reused without permission.

## 11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

## 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

## 13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
