BMW 1 Series F21 116d

TEIN UK specifically lists GSGA8-91AS3 for the UK/GBR BMW 1 Series F21 116d and describes the tested application as a 2000cc rear-wheel-drive vehicle.

There is, however, an important distinction for UK cars.

Earlier 116d models were available with the 1,995cc N47 diesel, while later vehicles changed to the 1,496cc B37 diesel.

Because TEIN’s application listing states 2000cc despite displaying a broad 2011–2019 model period, we recommend treating the confirmed application as the 2.0-litre N47-powered 116d unless suitability for a later B37-powered car has been separately confirmed.

Do not automatically sell this kit for a 1.5 B37-powered 116d purely on model year.
