Product Overview
Manufactured by EBC Brakes, the D Series Premium OE Replacement Brake Discs (part number D1034) are precision-engineered rear rotors designed for Lexus and Toyota models including the GS300, GS430, IS200, IS300, SC430, and Toyota Aristo JZS161. These discs offer reliable stopping power and durability as a premium OE replacement option.
These EBC D Series Brake Discs are solid, smooth rotors crafted from high-quality cast iron (G3000 grey iron) to meet or exceed original equipment standards. Intended as rear axle replacements, they provide consistent braking performance and are precision machined in Europe to ensure perfect fitment and minimal runout. Their design suits the braking systems of specific Lexus and Toyota vehicles, maintaining the balance and safety characteristics expected from OE parts.
Performance & Benefits of EBC D Series Brake Discs
The EBC D Series Brake Discs undergo one-by-one runout inspection guaranteeing zero rotor distortion straight from the box, which helps prevent brake judder and uneven pad wear. Their solid construction improves durability under everyday driving conditions. The smooth surface ensures optimal contact with brake pads for reliable stopping power. Additionally, EBC offers a 10,000 mile or 6 months warranty, reflecting confidence in the product’s quality and longevity.
Application & Installation of EBC D Series Brake Discs
These EBC D Series Brake Discs are designed specifically for rear fitment on Lexus GS300 (1998–2005), GS430 (2000–2005), IS200 (1999–2005), IS300 (2001–2005), SC430 (2001–2010), and Toyota Aristo JZS161 (1997–2005) models. They are direct replacements for the original discs and maintain factory specifications. It is strongly recommended to replace brake pads simultaneously to ensure optimal braking performance and pad bedding. Professional installation is advised to guarantee correct fitment and safety.
