K&N Recharger Filter Care Service Kit

K&N reusable oiled cotton air filters are designed to be cleaned and re-used rather than routinely replaced. Over time, dirt and debris collected by the filter can restrict airflow. The K&N Recharger Kit provides the cleaner and filter oil required to properly service the filter and help restore its airflow efficiency.
Complete K&N Air Filter Cleaning Kit
Each K&N Recharger Kit contains K&N Power Kleen Air Filter Cleaner together with a squeeze bottle of K&N air filter oil.
Power Kleen helps dissolve accumulated dirt, contaminants and old filter oil so they can be rinsed away with water. Once the filter has been completely dried, the supplied K&N filter oil can be applied before the filter is refitted.

How to Use the K&N Recharger Kit
Remove the K&N filter from the vehicle and apply K&N Power Kleen to the filter media according to K&N’s cleaning instructions.
Allow the cleaner to loosen accumulated dirt before gently rinsing the filter with water. Leave the filter to dry completely naturally.
Once completely dry, evenly apply the supplied K&N filter oil to the cotton filter media. Allow the oil to wick through the material and check that the filter has been evenly treated before reinstalling it.
Do not reinstall or oil the filter while it is still wet.
